FAQs

why should we work with viève events?

1

Working with Viève Events means having a creative partner by your side, someone who truly listens, understands your vision, and brings it to life with care and precision. From our first conversation through to the final moments of your event, you can expect thoughtful collaboration, clear and supportive communication, and a calm, organised presence throughout. Every detail is considered to ensure your event feels personal, emotionally resonant, and runs seamlessly from start to finish.

what events do you work on?

2

We work on any milestone celebrations and moments from Gender Reveals and Baby Showers, to Birthday Parties, Weddings, Elopements, Celebrations of life and more! If you’re not sure whether your event vision is covered by us please pop us an email or message and we can work together to see if your celebration aligns with our offerings.

what is your cancellation policy?

3

To secure your booking, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit. This confirms your date and covers the initial time, planning, and resources allocated to your event. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In exceptional circumstances, we may review a refund of your deposit on a case-by-case basis, with care and understanding.

do i have to use specific suppliers?

4

You are not restricted to a specific supplier list when working with us. However, we would be delighted to recommend a curated selection of trusted suppliers, thoughtfully aligned to your brief. If you already have specific suppliers in mind that you would like to work with, we are always pleased to collaborate with new partners, so please do let us know if this is your preference.

how much time do you need to plan my event?

5

At Viève Events, we treat every enquiry on a bespoke and 1:1 basis. Therefore, the amount of time we need to plan your event will vary. However, as a general rule, we ask that planning (excluding Weddings) begins approximately 6 weeks in advance of your anticipated celebration date. For Weddings, we generally ask that planning commences 10 months prior to your wedding date.
